1.75 oz NEFT Vodka
1 oz chilled espresso
.5 oz simple syrup
3 dashes Walnut bitters
2 dashes of coco powder
Egg whites
Shake vigorously
Add ice and shake again
Strain into martini class or coup
Garnish with crushed espresso beans or cocoa powdered
